They make some of the prettiest pin designs I’ve ever seen. All of their pins are grails for the series they make. Also, they have such a gorgeous art style where you can tell when someone else is making a commissioned art piece. They typically do samples before PO, which also really cuts down on wait times.

one of my favorite pin makers!!! beautiful art, even more beautiful pins, trustworthy, professional. I really appreciate how she runs her business & is such a joy to talk to! thank you for being such a wonderful creator!

Lucia is the most wonderful creator. She really listens to what her audience wants, as well as puts creative twists and touches on her pins!! The quality of her pins is incredible, and her passion for her work is unmatched. You will see a lot of production updates, and never once is it hard to approach her about questions or concerns. Lucia engages well with her followers and continues to provide some of the best customer experience I’ve had when purchasing pins. This is one of the reasons I will happily support any of her projects. You are ensured an amazing experience with her work. ❤️🙌

I think probably the most diligent, trustworthy, and professional makers I've purchased from. She always ensures quality and is extremely consistent in standards and schedules. Samples beforehand so nothing is in production too long. Very trustworthy and hardworking maker 🔥

Lucia is just amazing. She's one of my all time favourite pinmaker and artist. I started purchasing her pins in 2022 (presale and in hand) and I never had any issue (I think I own 98% of her MLB pins 😆 they are all so gorgeous).
Pins are always very well wrapped so they never get damaged in transit, and I love the extra care she pours in her packages (kudos to her hilarious "thank you" cards, extra stickers and candies). She is very organised, and always provides pin updates. She's one of the kindest and most dedicated person around ❤️

Lucia is simply wonderful!!! She's so friendly, her pins are always gorgeous, and she's always so sweet to combine shipping/orders when possible. I'm so glad I found her when I started collecting Miraculous last year. So much of my collection is filled with her beautiful pins. Can't recommend highly enough!!!
